Day 1 · August 25

Arrive Into the Circle

Today you land. Today it begins. You are not arriving as a guest — you are arriving as a remembered part of something whole. The pace softens the moment you step off the plane.

Arrive at Mariscal Sucre International Airport (UIO)
Your City
Departure Airport
UIO
Quito, Ecuador
Transfer — Airport to Sacred Andes Garden Oasis
Your Arrival

A private transfer will be waiting for you at arrivals. From Mariscal Sucre, you'll be driven through Quito's historic center — one of the best-preserved colonial cities in Latin America and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll pass through cobblestone streets, sun-drenched plazas, and the ornate facades of centuries-old churches as the city opens itself to you for the first time.

The drive continues into the Andes, where the air changes, the altitude lifts, and the landscape opens into something that doesn't have a name in modern language. Your accommodations are waiting.

Meet & Greet Circle

Your first evening begins with an opening circle — an intentional gathering to release whatever you carried here and step into shared rhythm. You'll meet the people who will witness your journey. The energy in the room will tell you everything.

Private Chef Dinner

Your first meal is prepared entirely from local, organic, plant-based ingredients — many sourced from the land you're now standing on. This is your introduction to food as medicine. Clean. Alive. Intentional.

Workshop: The Foundational Five

Before anything else, you'll receive the five foundational principles that underpin everything that follows — nervous system regulation, conscious breathing, deep hydration, intentional movement, and reconnection with natural light. These aren't concepts. They're practices you'll carry home.

Alphabiotics Introduction

An introduction to one of the most profoundly effective modalities you may have never heard of. You'll understand — before your session — exactly what's happening in your body and why it matters.

Ceremonial Tea

The day closes with a warm ceremonial tea prepared to ground and settle the body. Let the first day soften. Sleep well — what's ahead is extraordinary.

Day 2 · August 26

Mind Regulation
& Emotional Clarity

02

Day 2 · August 26

Mind Regulation & Emotional Clarity

Today is structured, quiet, and deliberately powerful. You begin to understand your own nervous system not as something that happens to you — but as something you can work with.

Workshop: Breathwork

You'll learn the mechanics and intelligence of the breath — how specific patterns shift your hormones, calm your nervous system, and release stored emotional charge. This isn't a breathing class. It's a map of the most powerful tool you already own.

Guided Breathwork & Meditation Session

Now you use it. A full facilitated session that moves through breathwork into deep meditation. Many people are surprised by what surfaces and what releases. You will feel different when you come out.

Therapy: Alphabiotics Immersion

Your personal Alphabiotics session — a precise combination of structural alignment, biomagnetic therapy, and nervous system recalibration. Most people describe the aftermath as a profound stillness they haven't felt in years. The body reorganized. The mind quiet.

Workshop: Fasting & Detoxification

A clear, holistic breakdown of how fasting actually works — colon cleansing, heavy metal and parasitic elimination, and how to approach it with intelligence rather than force. What you learn here will change how you think about your body's ability to heal itself.

Day 3 · August 27

Intention
& Motion

03

Day 3 · August 27

Intention & Motion

Today you will sweat out what words cannot reach. The Temazcal is not a spa treatment. It is one of the oldest ceremonial healing practices in the Americas — and you are about to experience it firsthand.

Yoga & Purification

A grounded morning yoga practice to open the body, lengthen the spine, and call your awareness fully into the present. You'll move with intention — feeling how breath, alignment, and presence activate your lymphatic system and prepare the body for ceremony.

Rising Nourishment

Light, hydrating food to energize without burdening digestion before ceremony. Your body will know the difference.

Temazcal Ceremony

Inside the womb of the earth — heat, breath, darkness, and the sound of prayer working together. You will sweat. You will surrender. You will release things stored in your body that the mind never had access to. This is the kind of experience people carry for the rest of their lives.

Integration & Evening Nourishment

After ceremony, there is no agenda. Space is held for you to rest, reflect, and let the experience settle. Your evening meal replenishes minerals and supports deep sleep. The night is yours to absorb everything.

Day 4 · August 28

Transition &
Recalibration

04

Day 4 · August 28

Transition & Recalibration

Today you move. From the high Andes into the warm, mist-wrapped valley of Baños de Agua Santa — where volcanic thermal springs rise from the earth and the air itself feels different.

Travel to Baños

The drive from Quito to Baños takes you through one of the most dramatic landscapes in Ecuador — descending from the highlands through green valleys, past waterfalls and volcanic peaks, into the lush river basin of the Pastaza. You'll feel the altitude ease and the warmth rise as you arrive in the place that locals have called a sanctuary for centuries.

Farm-to-Table Midday Nourishment

A beautifully prepared meal made entirely from ingredients grown in the volcanic soil of the region. You'll taste the difference. Food that carries mineral richness, grown under equatorial sun, prepared with care.

Thermal Pools — Las Piscinas Rumi Yaku

Natural stone pools near Río Verde, fed by mineral-rich thermal springs. You'll soak in waters that draw toxins from the skin, ease deep muscular tension, and restore a cellular vitality that is difficult to describe until you feel it. Take your time here. There is nowhere else to be.

Day 5 · August 29

Fasting &
Refining Your Focus

05

Day 5 · August 29

Fasting & Refining Your Focus

Today is about sharpening. Fasting combined with plant medicine and breathwork creates a state of profound receptivity — you'll feel lighter, clearer, and more present than you may have felt in years.

Waterfall Hike for Breathwork & Rapé

You begin the morning with a walk to a waterfall — movement in nature as a way to arrive in the body. At the waterfall, Rapé (a sacred Amazonian plant medicine) is offered to clear the energetic field, sharpen awareness, and anchor you fully in the present. Breathwork follows, deepening the state.

Light Fasting & Hydration

Throughout the day you'll fast in community — choosing from coconut water, fresh juice, or a light fruit fast. This isn't deprivation. It's a deliberate clearing that allows the body to redirect its energy inward. You'll choose what feels aligned, and you'll be fully supported throughout.

Pailón del Diablo Waterfall Experience

Ecuador's most powerful waterfall. Standing before it, something in the nervous system releases — the noise quiets, the body softens, and you remember in a very physical way what it feels like to simply be present. This is nature as medicine.

Intention & Ceremony Preparation

The shaman who will facilitate tomorrow's ceremony leads you through a preparation session — explaining the medicine, the process, and how to approach the experience with reverence and readiness. Nothing is left unclear. You'll close this day knowing exactly where you're going.

Day 6 · August 30

Sacred Medicinal
Ceremony

06

Day 6 · August 30

Sacred Medicinal Ceremony

This is the day you've been building toward. Nothing is rushed. Every choice today — from your morning treatment to the ceremony itself — is designed with your safety, readiness, and integration in mind.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy

Before ceremony, you receive a focused lymphatic drainage session — reducing physical congestion, calming the stress response, and preparing the body to process and release at a deeper level. You'll arrive to ceremony open, supported, and grounded.

Sacred Medicinal Ceremony

Under the care of our shaman, in a space held with precision and love. You will be fully supported before, during, and after. For many, this is the most significant experience of the entire retreat — a release of stored emotional and energetic patterns that the body has held for years. Come with an open heart and a willingness to surrender.

Rest & Immediate Integration

After ceremony, there is only rest. No interpretation required, no agenda to return to. Space, quiet, and care are provided for as long as you need. What has shifted will continue to unfold in the days that follow.

Day 7 · August 31

Healing
Frequencies

07

Day 7 · August 31

Healing Frequencies

The day after ceremony is for the body. No force, no processing — just warmth, gentleness, and space for everything that shifted to settle in its own time.

Baños de Cajón

A traditional Ecuadorian hydrotherapy practice — warm mineral water flowing over the body while you rest in a wooden cabinet. It's deeply relaxing, circulatory, and profoundly grounding after the intensity of ceremony. A ritual locals have used for generations.

Gentle Exploration & Grounding Walk

An easy walk through the streets of Baños — drinking fresh natural spring water directly from the source, sipping cane juice pressed right in front of you, and simply being among the warmth and color of everyday life here. This is integration through living.

Evening Nourishment

A warm, simple, grounding dinner. Nothing excessive. The body is still settling — this meal supports that process.

Frequency Healing & Sound Immersion

On this evening, you'll enter a multi-dimensional sound journey rooted in both ancient traditions and modern therapeutic sound practices. Your experience begins with holistic music therapy and guided meditation, creating a foundation of calm and receptivity. From there, the sounds of ancestral Andean instruments and handpan frequencies weave through the space, inviting the body into deeper states of relaxation and presence. The centerpiece of the evening is a full Tibetan singing bowl immersion. As frequencies ripple through the body, you'll experience sound not simply as something you hear, but as something you feel. The vibrations travel through tissues, fluids, and energetic pathways, creating an environment where the nervous system can unwind and the body can enter profound states of restoration. It is a space to surrender, integrate, and simply receive. The evening concludes with a guided closing and integration process before returning to your room for a deeply restful night's sleep.

Day 8 · September 1

Ancient Ancestral
Wisdom

08

Day 8 · September 1

Ancient Ancestral Wisdom

Today you walk into the jungle. What you'll receive today is knowledge that is protected, passed down through lineage, and rarely shared with those outside indigenous communities. You've earned your place here.

Journey into the Jungle

An early departure, welcomed by forest protectors and Amazonian healers. You trek into living medicine — learning to identify plants by sight and smell, understanding their traditional uses, their energetic qualities, and the reverence with which they have been gathered for thousands of years. This is not a tour. This is a transmission.

Ancestral Tea & Tonic Preparation

With the plants you've gathered, the shamans guide you through the preparation of traditional medicinal beverages — from living plant to finished tonic. You'll leave with a practical understanding of how to work with plant medicine with respect and confidence.

Sacred Encounter, Cultural Dance & Chicha

A carefully facilitated anaconda encounter — the anaconda is a symbol of transformation in Amazonian cosmology, and this experience is held with reverence. Cultural dance follows, using rhythm and movement for expression and joy. Then chicha — a traditional fermented drink, ancient in its history, alive with natural probiotics, offered in community.

Return to Baños & Evening Nourishment

The drive back lets the day settle. A grounding dinner awaits. Tonight you will rest as someone changed by what they've witnessed and received.

Day 9 · September 2

Applying Your
Teachings

09

Day 9 · September 2

Applying Your Teachings

The city will test everything you've cultivated. That's the point. True regulation isn't proven in silence — it's proven in the middle of life. Today you discover that you carry it with you everywhere.

Journey Back to Quito

The return through the Andes is quiet and scenic. Use the drive for reflection. There's no agenda — just the landscape, your thoughts, and the slow recognition of how much has shifted in nine days.

Lunch & Exploration of Quito's Historic Center

After lunch you'll walk through the old city — one of the most beautiful in South America — now seen through completely different eyes. The colonial architecture, the plazas, the faces. You are the same person who arrived here nine days ago. And you are not the same person at all.

Scenic Closing Dinner

The final group dinner. Overlooking the city that opened this journey. Space to acknowledge how far you've traveled — inward as much as anywhere else. This meal belongs to all of you.

Day 10 · September 3

Farewell Friend:
Carrying the
Work Forward

10

Day 10 · September 3

Farewell Friend

This is not an ending. It is the morning your real practice begins. Everything you've embodied over these ten days now belongs to you — not as a memory of a retreat, but as a new internal reference point for how you live.

Breakfast

A final shared morning meal. Unhurried. Light. A last chance to be together before the world opens back up around you.

Departure

You leave carrying more than you arrived with — not in your bag, but in your body. Greater clarity. Steadier regulation. A refined relationship with yourself that no amount of daily noise can take away. The family you've found here remains with you. And we remain with you too.

We say farewell — but it's not the end.
It's merely the beginning.

Before You Arrive

Travel
Tips

Before You Arrive

Travel Tips

  • You will move through varied climates — city, jungle, thermal waters, high altitude. Pack light layers you can add or remove easily. Warm days, cool evenings, and higher elevations all happen within this one journey.
  • Comfortable walking shoes are essential. You'll be on city streets, jungle terrain, and waterfall paths. Choose footwear that is supportive, broken in, and easy to slip off near water.
  • Dress relaxed but respectful. Breathable, modest clothing is recommended when visiting rural areas and engaging with forest protectors, local healers, and indigenous communities.
  • Hydration is important — especially during travel days, fasting periods, and time in warm or humid environments. Clean water will always be provided. Drink consistently and generously.
  • Carry small bills in USD or local currency for markets, tips, and personal purchases. Cards are accepted in many places, but cash offers ease and flexibility, especially in smaller towns.
  • Move slowly. Observe. Patience and presence will enhance this experience more than any amount of preparation. You are a guest in these landscapes and communities — the best way to receive them is with quiet openness.

A Few Useful Spanish Phrases

Many people you encounter will understand basic English. Even so, a few words of Spanish spoken with genuine effort go a long way — and are often met with warmth and generosity.

HelloHola — a warm, universal greeting used throughout the day
Good morningBuenos días — used until midday
Good afternoonBuenas tardes — midday until evening
Good evening / nightBuenas noches
PleasePor favor
Thank youGracias
Yes / NoSí / No
Excuse me / SorryDisculpe or Perdón
How much is this?¿Cuánto cuesta? — helpful in markets
Where is...?¿Dónde está...? — e.g. ¿Dónde está el baño?
I don't understandNo entiendo
It's very good / beautifulEstá muy bien / Es muy bonito

A calm tone and a genuine effort are always appreciated. Even a few words spoken with respect open doors.
